Appointments

When booking, please let us know about any health conditions, allergies or medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. This helps our therapists customise your treatment safely and effectively for your needs.

Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to complete your consultation form and settle in. We operate strictly by appointment: if you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to respect the next client's booking.

Creating a peaceful space

We ask that all clients switch phones to silent and limit phone use during appointments. This small gesture keeps the atmosphere tranquil and lets you fully relax into your experience.

Children

For the safety of your little ones and the comfort of other clients, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare before your appointment. Our treatments involve equipment and environments best suited to adults, and your understanding means a great deal to us.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your time to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as set out in our cancellation policy.
