Cancellation, Refund & Treatment Policy

At Ellua, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our policy carefully.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made with 24 hours’ notice or more will not incur any fee.

• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. For prepaid sessions, one session may be forfeited.

No-Shows:

• Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Prepaid Treatments & Deposits:

• Prepaid programs are non-refundable, whether paid in full or by instalments. Missed sessions may be forfeited according to this policy.

• Prepaid programs of 6 treatments expire 1 year from the purchase date.

• Prepaid programs of 10 or more treatments expire 2 years from the purchase date.

• Deposits for all treatments are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers:

• Expire 12 months from the date of issue.

• Vouchers are void in the event of a no-show.

Treatment Programs:

• By purchasing a prepaid treatment program, clients agree that all fees are non-refundable, in full or in part.

• Installments must be paid according to the treatment agreement at the time of purchase.

• Prepaid sessions cannot be transferred to other clients or other treatments.
