When booking, please let us know about any health conditions, allergies, or medications you’re currently taking, or if you’re pregnant. This information helps our therapists customise your treatment safely and effectively for your individual needs.

Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to complete your consultation form and settle in.
We operate strictly by appointment, if you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to respect the next client’s booking.

Creating a Peaceful Space

We ask that all clients switch phones to silent and limit phone use during appointments.
This small gesture helps maintain the tranquil atmosphere and allows you to fully relax into your experience.

Children

For the safety of your little ones and the comfort of other clients, we kindly request that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Our treatments involve equipment and environments best suited for adults, and your understanding means a great deal to us.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life can be unpredictable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your time to another client.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
